많은 분들이 FENIX TK10의 출시에 관해 문의를 해 오셔서 아래와 같이 일정을 알려 드립니다.
먼저 TK10은 3월 25일 을 기점으로 미국 시장을 처음으로 츨시되었습니다. 점차적으로 생산일정에 맞춰 한국 시장에는 4월 1일 선적 예정이었으나, 헤드와 몸체사이에 결함이 발견되어 기 출시된 제품을 리콜하기로 결정하였음을 알려 드립니다.
정확한 일정은 결함을 수정하는데로 알려 드리겠습니다. 아래는 FENIX 회사에서 온 영문 이메일 내용의 일부입니다.
* 기 출시된 신제품 TK10에서 결함이 발견되어 기 출고된 제품을 리콜하고 있는상태임을 알려 드립니다. 모든 선적이 지연되었으며, 제품 결함을 수정하는데로 재 출시 예정입니다.
There is some potential defective factor we found in TK10. To be honest, we just found it last night. So all of our TK10 shipped has to return, and the TK10 producing or being produce are useless now. I am sorry that we have to stop our TK10 product line. When to rework and how to deal with the orders our sales and how to return the defective goods are in negotiating. The detailed project will be given this afternoon.
I can tell you the defective matter firstly. The main problem is the thread inosculation between head and body is not smooth in some TK10. The resistance is too big and some bezel can not turn even.
We have to call them back. I or our service officer will give you detail info later.
