NiteCore의 신제품 Infilux의 IFE1을 예약 주문 (결재)하신 고객님들께 다시 알려드립니다.
지난번에 5월 31일 선적을 한다는 메일이 와서 그렇게 공지를 올렸는데, 6월 첫째 주에 선적 서류가 오지 않아 확인 결과 오늘 답장 메일이 왔습니다.
-- 결론적으로 Nitecore社에서는 신제품 IFE1에 신기술을 적용한 관계로 좀 더 시간이 필요하다는 겁니다."
주문 (결재 완료)하신 고객님들께는 드릴 말씀이 없습니다. 단지 NiteCore社의 현 상황을 설명드리는 것으로는 너무 부족한 줄 알지만. 저희가 생산하는 것이 아니라서 어떻게 해결 방안을 찾아야 할지 모르겠습니다.

"So sorry for the all the delay trouble caused to you!
I have asked our manager, and she also shows sincere apology and let me tell you the followings:
"Sorry to delay the stock of new model, the IFE1 adopts advanced technology nowadays, which is different from the theory of Surefire Titan. It uses one sensitive electronic inductor, combined with intricate software to tell the angle of magnetic field turning so as to realize the function of infinite light ramping. As for advanced design for this version, we should be very cautious in order to prevent it from any design flaws. And we have already made 10 more times perfection and the product will be almost perfect. The bodies for mass production have already been well prepared, and now we only need to wait for long-term aging test for the circuit finished and then assemble. Though it takes a bit longer time in research and development, we are still confident that the release of this version will make great excitement in this field. Now we are also anticipating for its release, however, we need to have more patience and attentiveness in order to avoid of any mistakes in this new version and maintain our company image.
So please help to explain this situation to your customers, when we have any updates will let you know in advance."
